IT’S JANUARY. In the mood for something nutritionally specific?

Every year you probably have the best intentions of focusing more on your health. We have people cruise by the farmer’s market stand saying “I need to stay away from you for a bit!” while cheerily waving. Little do those people know, our nutritionally specific offerings have increased significantly year over year. Let’s just call it our annual resolution, to provide more variety. Something for everyone, even those who would like a vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free, or 100% whole grain treat.

Case in point? These Seed & Super Berry Muffins. Sure, maybe a silly name, but we’re pretty into them. These are one of the many iterations of our longstanding vegan “HIppie Muffin.” This version is, as 100% plant based, free of refined sugar, and packed with seeds (hemp, pepita, flax, sunflower, chia), fruit (sea buckthorn, honeyberries, apple, and wild blueberries), and gluten free whole grains (oats, teff). We hope they satisfy your Saturday morning breakfast craving.
